One of the World's Three Great Sunsets! Kushiro "Nusamaibashi" Sunset [Jyakamichan Dropkick X Mame Anime Collaboration (2)
Have you seen the first installment of the collaboration project between "Jyoshin-chan Dropkick X Mame Anime (Hokkaido)" and Domingo that started this spring? If you haven't seen it yet, please click here!
Now, let's take a look back at the second episode that aired!
The setting is Kushiro City, located in the east of Hokkaido. The sunset in Kushiro is considered one of the "world's top three sunsets" along with Bali Island in Indonesia and Manila in the Philippines. The place where Evil Goddess and Yurine Hanazono are watching the sunset is a famous place in Kushiro, which is written "Nusamai-bashi" (幣舞橋) and reads "Nusamai-bashi" (幣舞橋). The sunset from here is truly spectacular!
It is said that the beauty of the bridge was passed down to the next generation by the sailors of foreign ships that stopped by Kushiro Port. The collaboration of Shidemai Bridge and the sunset is also very picturesque.
Shimai-bashi Bridge, located on Kushiro's main street, is a true landmark of the city, and is about a 15-minute walk from JR Kushiro Station. Although it is famous as a tourist spot, the bridge is a part of daily life for locals.
In addition to the beauty of the sunset, the night view from the Shidemai Bridge is also spectacular. Neon lights reflected on the Kushiro River twinkle and flicker. It is fantastic and you will never get tired of looking at it.
During the cold season, you can also see lotus leaf ice formed by ice blocks colliding with each other from the bridge. It is interesting to see such a natural phenomenon that can only be seen in a cold region in the city.
The Nusamai Plaza at the foot of the bridge is also a photo spot like this!

What is "Jyakami-chan Dropkick X Mame Anime (Hokkaido)"?
Prior to the airing of the full-length version in July, "Mame-Anime (Hokkaido version)" was broadcast on Hokkaido Bunka Hoso from April 6! In the video, Evil God and his group visit various places in Hokkaido, and Hatsune Miku, who is an expert on Hokkaido, makes an appearance. The video is linked to " Domingo (Crypton Future Media)," a media company that introduces the attractions of Hokkaido, and viewers will be able to learn more about the local governments introduced in the video.
