One of the World's Top Three Sunsets! The View from Kushiro's Nusamai Bridge [Dropkick on My Devil! X Mame Anime Collab (2)]
Have you seen the first installment of the collaboration between "Dropkick on My Devil! X Mame Anime (Hokkaido Arc)" and Domingo that started this spring? If you haven't seen it yet, please check it out here!
Now, let's review the second broadcast episode!
The setting is Kushiro City in eastern Hokkaido. The sunset seen in Kushiro is considered one of the "world's top three sunsets," along with those in Bali, Indonesia, and Manila, the Philippines. The place where Jashin-chan and Yurine Hanazono are watching the sunset is a famous Kushiro landmark called Nusamai Bridge, written as 「幣舞橋」 and read as "Nusamai-bashi." The sunset view from here is truly spectacular!

It is said that its beauty was spread by foreign sailors who stopped at Kushiro Port. The combination of Nusamai Bridge and the sunset is picture-perfect.

Located on Kushiro's main street, Nusamai Bridge is truly a city landmark. It's about a 15-minute walk from JR Kushiro Station. While famous as a tourist spot, it's a bridge that is deeply rooted in the daily lives of local people.

While the sunset is beautiful, the night view from Nusamai Bridge is also breathtaking. The neon lights reflecting on the Kushiro River sparkle and shimmer. It's so magical you could gaze at it forever without getting bored.

During the cold season, you can also see "hasuhagori" (lotus ice) from the bridge, which is formed by colliding ice chunks. It's fascinating to see such a natural phenomenon, unique to cold regions, right in the middle of the city.

Furthermore, at the Nusamai Plaza by the foot of the bridge, there's a photo spot like this!

It's the "Cool KUSHIRO" monument. To cap off your Kushiro sightseeing, take a snapshot here. It's sure to be a great memory.
The collaboration with "Dropkick on My Devil! X Mame Anime (Hokkaido Arc)" is still ongoing. Look forward to the next one!
