What's Eniwa, the "City of Flowers, Reading, and Child-Rearing," All About? [Dropkick on My Devil! X Mame Anime Collaboration (5)]

First, let's watch the 5th episode of "Dropkick on My Devil! X Mame Anime (Hokkaido Arc)"!

Eniwa City is located almost halfway between Sapporo City and New Chitose Airport. As mentioned in the anime, Eniwa is "the city of flowers, reading, and child-rearing." This is perfectly embodied by a facility called Hana no Kyoten "Hanafuru."

Opened in November 2020, this new symbol is packed with Eniwa's unique charm. It's filled with flowers, greenery, and nature, centered around a garden area composed of seven different concepts.

Surrounding the garden area, there are various buildings on the vast grounds. Among them, the "Michi-to-Kawa-no-Eki Hana Road Eniwa" is a popular spot, attracting about 1 million visitors annually.

Additionally, a facility called Eniwa Family Garden "Riria" is a playground that fulfills children's curiosity and desire to "try things out!" The children's rest area also hosts story-telling sessions, which were featured in the anime.

The "Flower and Life Exhibition," an event held in Eniwa around late June every year, has also moved its venue to Hanafuru since 2021.

Furthermore, Hanafuru was chosen as the main venue for the "Garden Festa Hokkaido 2022," held from June 25 to July 24 this year, 2022. It is one of the largest domestic events related to flowers and greenery, and this is the second time it has been held in Hokkaido since 1986.

This is a great time to showcase to the whole country that Eniwa is a colorful town with an abundance of flowers and greenery. Why not take this opportunity to visit Eniwa and experience the charm of the town for yourself?
