This is Gomibuchi Sheep Farm in Shari Town, eastern Hokkaido. Masayuki and Eriko Gomibuchi, a married couple who moved to Hokkaido from Kanagawa Prefecture, raise sheep and goats and share their daily lives with their sheep, who live in harmony with nature, on Twitter.
