"If only I could taste and compare all the delicious milk from Hokkaido...!" The Hokkaido Premium Milk Fair, making that dream a reality, kicks off on Wednesday, August 3rd at the Kita Kitchen Aurora Town store in Sapporo. Fresh milk and yogurt from 18 farms and producers across Hokkaido will be brought together under one roof.

The Hokkaido Premium Milk Fair will feature 18 farms and producers from all over Hokkaido. You might discover a new favorite or be reunited with a beloved classic you've tasted before.

We received a comment from Mr. Keisuke Oguma, the manager of the Kita Kitchen Aurora Town store, about the inspiration behind organizing the Hokkaido Premium Milk Fair.

We decided to hold this Premium Milk Fair to provide an opportunity for us, the residents of Hokkaido, to delve deeper into the appeal of milk and rediscover its true deliciousness, as well as the unique, passion-filled products from our producers.

We have gathered about 50 milk and yogurt items, including products available exclusively for the fair. We sincerely look forward to your visit.

During the fair, the first 200 customers who purchase over 1,000 yen (tax included) worth of eligible products will receive a milk voucher as a gift.

The "Sapporo Coffee Milk" Project Kicks Off on August 3rd

Furthermore, the "Sapporo Coffee Milk" project will also launch in Sapporo city on the same day, Wednesday, August 3rd. Eighteen stores in Sapporo will begin serving their own original coffee milk, created by combining Hokkaido milk with coffee roasted in Sapporo.

A Feature on Uno Farm (Teshio Town), Dedicated to Pasture-Raised Dairy Farming

Domingo has featured Uno Farm, one of the participants in the Hokkaido Premium Milk Fair. At the fair, you'll find their popular milk, known for its clean finish and gentle, sweet aroma, their organic yogurt, and the popular dessert "Torokette Uno."
