SPROUT was created with the Seattle café community as its ideal, but how has it grown since its opening?

As the signboard of SPROUT says "OUTDOOR ESPRESSO," we started out with the idea of creating a café where outdoor enthusiasts could gather. Gradually, however, the number of staff members grew, and people who had no interest in the outdoors began to work there. At that time, we felt that we didn't have to force them into our mold. I thought, "We don't have to force ourselves to fit into a mold.

For example, on days when a staff member with a deep knowledge of music is in the store, he or she is a musician; on days when a staff member who loves snowboarding is in the store, his or her snowboarding buddies gather, and a community is born that changes on a daily basis.

Since the birth of Tougega's child, the café has also become a popular gathering place for neighborhood mothers.

At first, it was just a couple, but I feel that it has gradually become a place for everyone. They have shown me a lot of things about the world that I had not been exposed to before.

Since this building was also owned by Mr. Togega when he purchased the property, he began to wonder, "What can we do with this place?" He began to think, "What can I do with this place?

I thought, "One-off events and marches are easy to do, but if we could create a place where something could be communicated on an ongoing basis, we could do something even more interesting.

The building to the right of SPROUT was vacated when a beam broke under the weight of snow due to aging. The air of something new is about to begin.
