Ramen Chikuba's popular "Chicken Soba with White Soy Sauce." The soup, which at first glance looks like a salt ramen, is an exquisite combination of the umami from its "Mizutori-kei" broth, made lavishly with only Hokkaido-raised parent chickens, and white soy sauce.
Golden chicken oil further enhances the deliciousness
The noodles paired with the soup are medium-thin and straight. They are tender and incredibly smooth to swallow. The noodles are also long, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasure of slurping. The cooking time is perfectly calibrated to match the soup.
Requests for firmer noodles are not accepted

Another popular menu item, "Chuka Soba," features a "W-soup" (double soup) that combines their signature chicken broth with niboshi (dried sardine) dashi. The key is the exquisite balance and the superb soy sauce tare (sauce base).
Limited-time menu items that pay homage to regional ramen are also popular
Furthermore, the limited-time offerings that pay homage to "regional ramen" are also extremely popular. The "Yamagata-style Spicy Miso Ramen," inspired by a super-popular shop in Yamagata, offers a different flavor profile from Sapporo's miso ramen.

The owner of Ramen Chikuba, Mr. Kobayashi, was an office worker whose hobby was eating ramen. His dream was to open a ramen shop after retirement. Although he left his job early for various reasons and considered other work, he decided it was better to open his ramen shop sooner rather than later. The ramen he creates, expressing the vast knowledge he gained from his culinary journeys, continues to attract many fans today.
