The "Snow Miku Train," designed with the character "Snow Miku" that supports Hokkaido, began operating in Sapporo city on Saturday, November 16, 2024. A large illustration of Snow Miku in a costume based on the theme of "SNOW MIKU 2025," "Sparkling Snow Material," brightens up Sapporo in the winter.

The photos were taken at the train office before the train started operating.

The "Snow Miku Train" runs on the Sapporo City Tram as part of the "SNOW MIKU 2025" festival, where Snow Miku (Hatsune Miku) supports Hokkaido. Since its launch in 2011, it has been loved by many people as a seasonal feature of winter in Sapporo. This year's train body is designed with the image of "sparkling snow material" and features a large illustration of "Snow Miku" dressed in a fantastical costume with a crystal and snow motif, and her pet character "Rabbit Yukine."

Special posters will also be displayed inside the train, and the in-car announcements will feature the voice of Fujita Saki, who voices the Hatsune Miku software, making for a special feeling just by riding the train.

The "Snow Miku Train" will be in operation for a limited time from Saturday, November 16, 2024 to Sunday, March 23, 2025.
