SPOT
This ski resort is an easy 15-minute drive from JR Asahikawa Station. They have courses ranging from easy ones that beginners can enjoy to ones that even experienced skiers can enjoy. They also have a full rental section. In addition to skis and snowboards, they also have sleds and snowscoots. They also provide clothing and accessories, so you can come empty-handed.
Equipped with a lift with a loading carpet to help with a smooth ride. The powder runs and slopes have been praised for hosting the World Cup twice. Night skiing is available with a beautiful view of Asahikawa city. The lodge and other facilities can be rented out for meals, dinner parties, and events. (Reservation required)
