SPOT
Inosawa City Ski Resort
There used to be three public ski resorts in Asahikawa (Inosawa, Arashiyama, Asahiyama), but Inosawa Public Ski Resort is the only one currently operating as a public ski resort. The facility was changed to a rope lift from the 2008 season, and the ski resort is located about 20 minutes by car from the center of Asahikawa, right next to the residential area of Kamui, making it easily accessible and a popular ski resort with local residents for many years.
The course is suitable for beginners and children, with an elevation difference of 87 meters, a maximum gradient of 15 degrees, a minimum gradient of 7 degrees, an average gradient of 10 degrees, and a distance of 250 meters. There is also a dedicated children's slope, separated from the general slope by a net.
We also offer ski and snowboard rentals, as well as sled rentals. The lodge is open as a free rest area, but does not operate a restaurant.
