Located next to the Engaru Interchange on the Asahikawa-Mombetsu Expressway, Engaru Rock Valley Ski Area is equipped with 6 courses and a bobsled plaza, including a championship course with a maximum slope of 33 degrees, a dynamic course over 1,000 meters in length, and family slopes that beginners can also enjoy. You can directly access to the slopes from "Rock Valley Lodge" on the 2nd floor of Roadside Station Enkei Mori no Okhotsk.
The pair lift of "Rock Valley Lodge" takes about 7 minutes to the top of the mountain. Lighting has been added to allow night skiing from the top of the mountain. In addition, you can get off at the intermediate stop next to the family slope, making it a great place for beginners and families to enjoy skiing.
