Moerenuma Park, which was designed by sculptor Isamu Noguchi, with the entire park as one sculptural work. A former waste treatment plant, having passed through 23 years of time, was regenerated as an art park representing Sapporo. Its magnificent appearance is called "Sculpture of the Earth," and by the visiting time and changing seasons, it shows us various expressions. Moerenuma Park, besides being able to enjoy art and leisure, in recent years is also a spot that people who enjoy cameras also pay attention to.

In spring, cherry blossom viewing in the Cherry Blossom Forest. The Cherry Blossom Forest, where approximately 2,300 cherry blossom trees are planted. Inside of the forest, there exist 7 play equipment areas, and 126 units of play equipment designed by Isamu Noguchi are installed. A popular cherry blossom viewing spot for families, where children can play to their heart's content.

In summer, water play at Moere Beach. "Moere Beach," which Noguchi designed imagining a seaside, paved with coral. It is a very gentle, mortar-shaped, shallow water play area. Water gushed out from 3 places of spouts, while drawing ripples, disappears and goes.

In autumn, fireworks of first-class pyrotechnicians. It is autumn when "Moerenuma Art Fireworks," which synchronized fireworks and music, utilizing the vast grounds, is held. In winter, rent sleds and snowshoes, walking skis. Moerenuma Park of winter is a popular snow play spot. At the shop existing in Glass Pyramid 1F, you can rent sleds, boots, snowshoes, cross-country skis, etc. The snow scenery of Sapporo viewed from Moere Mountain summit is also exceptional.
