2. Furuyama Reservoir Nature Park Auto Campsite (Yuni Town)

The campsite is located in a forested area adjacent to the Furuyama Reservoir, the first large-scale reservoir built in Hokkaido. It is fully equipped with facilities such as a kitchen and toilets, and the campsite is in an excellent location that makes use of the beautiful woods, so you can enjoy trekking, bird watching, and forest bathing in the surrounding area. 3. Kuriyama Park (Kuriyama Town)

Kuriyama Park is located at the foot of Mt. Odaishi, a picturesque area filled with natural trees that provide a cool feeling in the summer and are decorated with autumn leaves in the fall. 4. Hakkenzan Winery Bonfire Campsite (Sapporo)

This campsite is located on the grounds of Hakkenzan Winery, which produces unique local wines. In addition to winter camping, you can enjoy a variety of experiences throughout the year, including drinking, eating, and playing, while taking in the seasonal scenery of Hakkenzan and the vineyards. 5. Tsukigatamachi Minara Park (Tsukigatamachi)

This natural park is used as a place of relaxation for the townspeople, where water and greenery coexist in harmony. The vast 27-hectare site includes a campsite, a barbecue area, and flush toilets. There is a 3km cycling road surrounding the park, and bicycles are available for rental. A roadside station has also been built adjacent to the park, making it even more convenient. It is also one of the best places in Hokkaido for crucian carp fishing, attracting many people.

6. Mie Green Park Campsite (Nanporo Town)

This campsite is a 5-minute drive from the downtown area of Nanporo Town. It is adjacent to Nanporo Riverside Park, so it is an ideal place to combine camping with sports such as baseball and soccer. It has a great view, and on a clear day you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Tokachi mountain range to the east, Mt. Teine to the west, Mt. Eniwa and Mt. Tarumae to the south, and the Shokanbetsu mountains to the north.

11. Mie Lake Park Campsite (Nanporo Town)

This campsite is located in Lake Mie Park, a 5-minute drive from the downtown area of Nanporo Town. The tent sites are close to the lakeshore, making it popular with campers who love fishing. 12. Maoi Autoland (Naganuma Town)

Although it is small, the campsite is clean and has hot water in the kitchen and flush toilets with washlets. All sites, including the free tent sites, are divided into sections, and some of the auto sites allow pets. You can also relax and enjoy the adjacent Naganuma Onsen.

The sandy campsite facing Lake Shikotsu is a free tent site, where you can pitch your tent wherever you like. In front of you is a location with a great sense of openness where you can see Mt. "Domin no Mori" is a 12,000-hectare stretch of untouched forests and mountains in the northern area of Tobetsu. The site is packed with facilities that harmonize with the magnificent scenery, fresh air, and forests filled with wild birds.
