Five locations within Nakajima Park, including the ginkgo avenue and the Japanese garden, will be fantastically illuminated. The light-up in the Japanese garden, which is a paid area, has been enhanced this year, offering a more special atmosphere with sound and light effects. Breathtaking Views from the Gondola: "Jozankei Kogen Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Autumn Festival ~Autumn Foliage Gondola & Autumn Gourmet Festival~" (Sapporo)

This autumn festival is held at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, one of the "Jozankei's Five Great Autumn Foliage Spots." The gondola, used for skiing in winter, becomes the "Autumn Foliage Gondola," taking you to the summit with a spectacular view of Ishikari Bay and Otaru Port. Hakodate's Famous Foliage Spot in a Fantastical Atmosphere: "Hakodate MOMI-G Festa" (Hakodate)

This light-up event takes place at Kosetsuen in Miharashi Park, Hakodate's premier autumn foliage destination. The approximately 100-meter-long maple tree avenue is illuminated daily, enveloping the area in a magical atmosphere. The vast grounds feature about 150 species of trees, with Yama Momiji (Japanese maple) and Iroha Kaede (smooth Japanese maple) also showing their colors.

【CANCELED】Reflections of Illuminated Leaves on the Water: "Hokuto Autumn Leaves Corridor <2025>" (Hokuto)

At Hokuto City's Hachironuma Park, which spans a vast 11 hectares, trees such as maples, azaleas, and cherry blossoms are illuminated. The lit-up autumn leaves reflect like a mirror on the surface of Hachironuma Pond, creating a magical scene. While beautiful during the day, the illuminated night view is a must-see.

A Light-up Event at the Historical Village of Hokkaido: "Autumn Foliage Village & Evening Building Light-up" (Sapporo)

A traditional autumn event held at the "Historical Village of Hokkaido," which is adorned with autumn colors. Relax in a Hot Spring After Leaf Peeping: "The 54th Kamifurano Tokachidake Autumn Foliage Festival" (Kamifurano)

The autumn foliage of the Tokachidake mountain range is among the earliest to reach its peak in Hokkaido. At the opening event, you can enjoy the autumn leaves along with gourmet food and a lottery. There is also a stamp rally covering three hot springs, with gifts available on a first-come, first-served basis at each location.
