The night view from Otaru's Tenguyama is popular as one of the "Three Great Night Views of Hokkaido," and the fireworks that unfold along with the night view from the summit are spectacular. There is also a ropeway in operation, so access is good and you can easily enjoy the luxurious night view and fireworks. There will also be limited food and drinks, a children's festival, and more.

The Muroran Manten Fireworks Festival will be held for the first time, where approximately 30,000 fireworks will light up the night sky, the largest in Hokkaido and one of the best in the country. In addition to the fireworks, there will be live performances by famous artists, a gourmet area with about 80 restaurants from within and outside Hokkaido, and Manten Amusement Park, where you can enjoy fluffy play equipment and dinosaurs. This fireworks festival is full of the "manufacturing spirit" that is unique to Muroran.

This is Kushiro City's biggest event, spectacularly marking the end of summer in the city. "Donpaku" is named after the "don" sound of the fireworks going off and the "chomp" of delicious food enjoyed by people. In addition to delicious food stalls and events, the highlight of the event is Hokkaido's largest fireworks display, a three-foot fireworks display.
