Betsubo Park is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Kushiro Town. It continues to be loved by many people as the best place to view the latest cherry blossoms in Japan (late May). Visitors enjoy cherry blossom viewing during the annual Cherry Blossom Festival held in May, while enjoying local entertainment and other events. The park also offers water play, barbecues, and park golf. The park is also equipped with an administration building with a store, a cooking building, and flush toilets.
