Sapporo Rakkyo
Founded in Kotoni, Nishi Ward in 1999. It is a representative establishment of the soup curry industry. In the soup made from chicken bones, pork bones, and beef bones, plenty of the traditional vegetable "Sapporo Yellow" (onion) is used. Furthermore, by adding various aromatic vegetables and spices, a hearty richness and natural sweetness are brought out. The theme is a "simple," "standard" taste.
■ For first-time visitors, "Shiretoko Chicken Soup Curry" is what we first want to recommend.
We use 350g of the leg of "Shiretoko Chicken," which has a rich chicken umami. It is plump, soft, and juicy; when you pierce it with a spoon, the fibers gently come apart, and it firmly clings to the soup.
■ Carefully selected ingredients sourced from contract farmers in various parts of Hokkaido.
Ingredients used, such as Hakodate-grown sweet potatoes, Aibetsu-grown maitake mushrooms, and Toya-grown potatoes, are sourced as much as possible from contract farmers. It is a bowl filled with the feelings of the producers, which we have cherished since our founding.
