The soup is made from chicken bones, pork bones, and beef bones, and is rich in traditional vegetable "Sapporo yellow" (onion). Various aromatic vegetables and spices are added to bring out the richness and natural sweetness of the soup. The theme is "simple" and "standard" taste.
Shiretoko Dori Soup Curry" is recommended for first-timers.
The dish uses 350 grams of Shiretoko chicken leg, which is rich in chicken flavor. It is plump, tender, and juicy, and when you stick a spoon into the meat, the fibers softly break apart and cover the soup.
