The Takahashi Livestock Ltd. brand, located in Setana-cho, Hokkaido. We are proposing total coordination for the dining table with charcuterie (meat processing) using our company's brand pig "Wakamatsu Porkman" and patisserie (confectionery) utilizing the crops of Setana-cho. From Setana-cho, Hokkaido, rich in nature, we will deliver handmade, gentle, delicious meals to your dining table.
We will promote "Sakkam" = "dried meat," which is an Ainu food culture, to match modern food culture by using modern meat processing technology. Also, we aim for product creation that utilizes the local characteristics.
