Delicious food from Seta-nanamachi, Hokkaido

is a brand of Takahashi Chikusan located in Seta-namachi, Hokkaido. The company offers total coordination of dining with charcuterie (processed meat) using its own brand of pork, "Wakamatsu Porkman", and patisseries (confectionery) that make the most of crops from Seta-nay. We offer handmade, gentle, and delicious food from the rich natural environment of the town of Setona, Hokkaido.

We will introduce the Ainu food culture of "sakkam" (dried meat) to the modern food culture by using modern meat processing technology. We also aim to create products that make the most of the local climate.
