A complex facility with a local resource room, a library, and a gallery for displaying artwork, the center exhibits materials from the former Kitahiyama Town on the second floor. In addition to the town-designated cultural assets "Awa Joruri Ningyo", "Suji Kabuto by Myochin Nobuya", and "Blue-eyed Ningyo", the center exhibits relics excavated in the Kitahiyama district, daily tools used in pioneering activities, and materials related to ethnicity, history, and relics. WIFI is available at the facility, and the public restrooms are open 24 hours a day, all year round.
