Opened in 2019, Lamb Lamb Dining Hokkaido uses New Zealand lamb raised exclusively on young, highly nutritious grass. The meat is served as fresh as possible, so it has almost no distinctive odor, and its rich umami flavor is irresistible. They offer various ways to enjoy lamb meat, such as Genghis Khan, shabu-shabu, and hamburger steak.
Let's start with the "Three Kinds of Lamb" (1,800 yen).
You can compare thick and tender raw lamb, seasoned Jingisukan marinated in a small base sauce, and shoulder slices with a perfect balance of lean and fat. Two types of sauce, sweet and dry, are available, so you can discover your favorite way to eat it.
