Overview
March 2025, "The coffee shop without a name yet" which opened in Sapporo City Minami Ward, is a hideaway cafe where original sweets that a patissier creates and direct-flame roasted artisanal coffee can be enjoyed.
Sweets, such as "Soft Stone Cake" inspired by Sapporo soft stone and rich "Café Noir", 12 types that change seasonally are offered.
Its compatibility with the clean and crisp, full-bodied house-roasted coffee is also excellent.
In a space that utilizes a retro building, why not try spending a special moment?
