Kaitenzushi Kitasutei Yamahana
Many rare fish in Hokkaido! Conveyor-belt sushi restaurant popular in Asahikawa and Chitose makes its first appearance in Sapporo.
Opened on March 1, 2024 as the first Sapporo restaurant. With a network of middlemen throughout Hokkaido, freshly landed seafood is shipped directly from the production area. Pain-prone internal organs are pre-processed on site to minimize loss of freshness. In addition to sushi, the restaurant offers a wide variety of side dishes such as octopus zangi and tempura. A children's lunch is also available, making it a great choice for family gatherings.
Freshness is made possible by direct purchase. Try fish from Kochi and Shimane.
We also have a wide variety of fish from outside Hokkaido, such as nodoguro, a high-grade fish landed in the Hokuriku and San'in regions, and nama gatsuo, a specialty of Kochi. The freshness of the fish is superb, as it is shipped directly from the producing area. You can also enjoy rare dishes from the side menu, such as deep-fried Kochi tongoroi sardines.
A wide selection of sake from all over Japan is also available. You can enjoy a glass of sake at the sushi bar.
Rare brands of sake from outside of Hokkaido are also available and can be ordered by the glass, making it easy to enjoy them. Enjoy Kochi's fish with Kochi's sake and have a great time.
