A complex facility with a local resource center and library, it exhibits materials from the former town of Setanamachi. 25 pieces of earthenware and 208 pieces of stoneware from the Minamikawa Site, which were designated as Hokkaido Tangible Cultural Properties, as well as artifacts and materials related to "Ginko Ogino," a town-designated cultural property, are displayed in the local resource center on the second floor. On the first floor, there is an exhibition room displaying materials related to the Setana Line of the former Japanese National Railways, and a diorama faithfully reproducing the area around the Setana Station at that time, created by local volunteers, is a must-see for railroad fans as well as for visitors. The diorama, a faithful reproduction of the area around Setanera Station at that time, was created by local volunteers. Wifi is available at the facility.
