Risshozan Park Setana Youth Travel Village
Overview
This mountaintop campsite is located in Ritsuzozan Park in Setana Ward. The large grounds include a campsite, a cooking building, and bungalows and cabins. The management building rents out camping equipment such as bedding and stoves, and also sells charcoal and fire starters, so you can visit lightly.
It is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the center of Setana Ward at the foot of the mountain. It is a popular place where you can enjoy Setana to the fullest, purchasing ingredients at local stores and having fun at Sanbonsugi Beach in the daytime. Many people stay here for long periods of time.
You can enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view of the sea and mountains, the sunset over the Sea of Japan, stargazing in the night sky, and other Hokkaido nature. One cabin is barrier-free, with wheelchair-accessible toilets and other facilities.
