The wild name of the restaurant, Wolf Soup, may conjure up images of a strong flavor. Founded 21 years ago, the image of the powerful soup embodied in the restaurant name remains unchanged, but these days, the restaurant does not rely on chemical seasonings or ready-made products.
After thoroughly exploring miso ramen, we aimed to create a ramen that you crave when you're tired or have a cold, for example. We completely changed our image from a wild wolf to one with the mysterious taste of nature.
