A Miso Ramen specialty shop that is rare even in Sapporo. A mellow clear soup from which the umami and collagen of pork knuckle bones have been extracted.
The soup, infused with root vegetables such as garlic, ginger, and potato, and spices, warms the body (internal organs) from its core.

You might imagine a strong taste assertion from the wild shop name "Okami Soup" (Wolf Soup). 21 years since its founding, the image of a powerful soup imbued in the shop name has not changed, but currently, we do not easily rely on chemical seasonings or ready-made products.
As a result of thoroughly pursuing Miso Ramen, we are aiming for ramen that one would crave when tired or, for example, when having caught a cold. From a wolf with a wild image, our thoughts have completely changed to a wolf with the mysterious taste inherent to nature.
