There are 39 cherry trees of six different varieties on the grounds of the local history museum, which are loved by visitors. The museum has declared the blooming of one of these trees as a specimen tree. On Saturday, May 10th, when the cherry tree "Gyoikou", which represents the museum, begins to bloom, the "2nd Local History Museum Festival" will be held.

Before the event begins, we will be holding a challenge to predict the blooming of the specimen cherry blossoms again this year! Those who correctly predict the blooming date will be entered into a lottery at 11:00 on the day of the "Local History Museum Festival" and will be awarded a commemorative prize. You can go by intuition or use the recent blooming dates at the local history museum as a reference. We look forward to your participation.
