August 2024. At the world championships held in Hakodate, Hokkaido, "TEAM HTB" led by director Tadashi Fujimura of HTB's popular variety show "How Do You Like Wednesday?" achieved the feat of making it into the top 16. So, we will be holding the "Mölkky HTB Cup 2025" to share the joy of sports beyond the boundaries of age and disability through our beloved Mölkky.

<What is Mölkky?>
A "minor sport" in which players throw wooden sticks to knock them down. Because of its simplicity, it is rapidly spreading as a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders, and even people with or without disabilities. According to a survey, there are 1.65 million people nationwide who have participated in the sport.

■Format: Team match *Participants will be drawn by lottery in advance to determine the match schedule.
■ Number of teams and participants
・Team entries: 230 teams (planned)
・Individual entries: 40 people (maximum 10 teams) *Scheduled

<Entry type>
■ Team Entry
・Up to 2 to 6 people can be registered per team.
・The minimum number of players for one set is 2. The maximum number of players is 4.
- Members can be replaced for each set.
If two players are not present for a match, that team will be absent.
■ Individual entry
・Individual applicants will be matched and organized into teams by the organizers (maximum 10 teams).
- The organizers will announce the matchmaking on the day, so please work together in the designated teams and have fun playing.
■ Entry period and method: Wednesday, March 5th, 8:00 to Wednesday, March 19th, 11:59 via LivePocket-Ticket-

■ Regulations
More details will be announced on the official website at a later date. The participating teams will compete in a preliminary league, a final tournament, and a lower-level tournament. In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy the tournament until the very end, we are also considering holding friendly matches between losers and a "team match" in which the participating teams will be divided into four groups.

Earn team points based on the results of the preliminary league, final tournament, lower tournament, etc.! Four teams compete against each other for total points.
